The Issaquah School Board is seeking a replacement member after Mike Winkler resigned from his position representing Director District #4 which spans the majority of the Issaquah downtown corridor, the Issaquah Highlands, Preston, Mirrormont, Tiger Mountain, and the District’s southeast corner. The new member will serve the remainder of Winkler's term, through November 2009.
All voting-aged residents of Director District #4 are invited to apply for the position.
Prospective candidates can use the online Director District map to initially determine whether they live in the correct Director District, but they are asked to double-check on the larger, clearer wall map at the Administration Building.
