  The office of Administrative Hearings and OSPI maintain a list of attorneys and agencies who have requested that they be included as a resource for parents. This list includes: 1) free or low cost legal service providers; 2) public (not for profit) organizations that assist parents but are not legal service providers; and 3) attorneys who have experience and/or interest in special education law.   If you have concerns about your child's development and/or progress in school and you would like to refer them for consideration of assessment and special education services, you should contact the school psychologist at your neighborhood school. The school psychologist will discuss the referral and assessment process with you and provide you with further information.
