Educational Technology

Issaquah School District launched one of the state's first Educational Technology programs when voters made funding possible by approving a 1988 Technology levy. Since then, subsequent levies in 1992, 1999, and 2002 have continued funding for technology's ever-growing importance as a learning and teaching tool.

Technology in schools today is as basic as paper, books, and pens. In fact, its seamless incorporation into daily classroom and school office functions is a living enactment of the Educational Technology vision statement: Efficient use of technology for teaching, learning, and business operations
