How to register for the Spring 2008 high school WASL
WHO: Freshmen can register between December 10 and January 14 for the spring 2008 high school WASL. Students may choose to take one or more of the content areas: reading, writing, or math. WASL science tests will not be available for freshmen since science is not presently a graduation requirement.IMPORTANT NOTES for sophomores, juniors, and seniors
- Sophomores will automatically be registered for the Spring 2008 WASL. They do not need to pre-register to take the Spring 2008 high school WASL. Test booklets will automatically be ordered for these students.
- Juniors and seniors who have not yet met standard on one or more sections of the WASL will automatically be registered for the Spring 2008 WASL. It is not necessary for those students to pre-register. Test booklets will automatically be ordered for these students.
TWO WAYS TO REGISTER FRESHMEN: Registration begins December 10, 2007 and ends January 14, 2008. To register, you will need the state student identification number (SSID#) from the upper right hand corner of your student's most recent WASL score report. Please contact the counseling office at your school if you need assistance with this number. Results for freshmen will be available in September.
