The Operations Department is responsible for many of the non-academic activities involved in running a modern school district. These include:
- student transportation
- food services
- building/grounds maintenance
- custodial services
- facilities scheduling
- energy management
- building and student security
- emergency preparation
In addition to these basic services, the Operations Department coordinates distribution of public flyers, traffic safety education (drivers education), and student transfers, school boundary reviews.
