Subject: Snow make-up days added in June, copper-wire thefts

The three snow make-up days have been added to the end of the school calendar. As a result, the last day of school is now Wednesday, June 27, 2007, instead of Friday, June 22. High school end-of-trimester dates have also been moved. More information about possible effects on graduation dates will be available next week.

Please be on the lookout for any suspicious activity in school buildings' parking lots and stadiums during non-school hours. We have experienced a spree of copper-wire thefts since mid-November.

Our teachers excel in and out of the classroom: Endeavour's Malia Greening recently proved her "metal" in an Ironman competition.
