Principal Bonnie Cole loved flowers, laughter, and the people who surrounded her in schools during her 14 years in the District—so please help fill her community memorial with all three.

 

You are invited to celebrate Mrs. Cole’s life at 5 p.m. Thursday, May 3, at Pacific Cascade Freshman Campus, 24635 S.E. Issaquah-Fall City Road, Issaquah. Please bring one special flower from your garden to contribute to collective bouquets to brighten the celebration. Attendees are encouraged to carpool as parking space will be limited. As an alternative parking option, two District shuttle buses will be available from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. to transport people between the Issaquah Highlands Park & Ride, 951 N.E. High Street, and Pacific Cascade.

 

In lieu of professional flowers, the family is asking that donations go to The Bonnie Cole Memorial Fund, 3425 25^th Ave. West, #421, Seattle, WA 98199, which will help establish a memorial garden in her honor at Maple Hills Elementary School.
