Family Access Special Notices

Elementary Report Cards: Elementary families that need their student’s report card may email their request to the Student Information Dept at Studentinformation@issaquah.wednet.edu with the following information: Student name, Parent name, School name, and Grade. Please allow 48 hours to process the report cards.

Elementary and Secondary Families Student Enrollment Verification:
Family Access is closed for the summer and will be open of Online Verification for elementary school student's enrollment verification (EVP) August 5 through August 12, and middle and high school students (BTSCI or RSVP) enrollment verification will be open August 11 through August 17. Once open, new families may use the Forgot your login password option to receive their Family Access login information to the email address we have in the system. 

Enrollment verification is very important as we plan staffing and allocate resources for the beginning of the school year. The process must be completed by a parent or guardian in Family Access. When completing open enrollment verification, please have your Family Access ID and password ready along with a credit card for online payments for ASB cards, yearbook, fees, etc. 

Smarter Balanced Assessment (SBA) results for grades 3-8 and 10-11 will be available via Family Access at the end of the day September 8. The Smarter Balanced webpage explains the SBA scoring. A hard copy of your child’s results will follow later in September.


Family Access

Family Access gives parents and students on-line access to student information, including test scores, attendance, class schedules, and immunization records. Parents can verify on-line that the emergency contact information on each student is correct.

If you have forgotten your password, simply log in and ask that your password be sent to you.

For questions about Family Access logins or to update your family's phone number and physical address, contact your middle or high school's registrar or your elementary school's secretary.

Important: Please make sure that your e-mail address in Family Access is correct. Besides being used to e-mail your password if you forget, every fall those e-mails are uploaded into school and District E-News lists. It's one channel the District will use to contact parents in an emergency and a way teachers are able to get information to correspond with parents about their student. You can update your e-mail address once you login to Family Access by clicking on "account information."

Teachers are required to post grade updates eight times per year at high school and six times per year at middle school, in alignment with semester and trimester reporting dates. More frequent updates might be made at the professional discretion of the teacher and may depend on the nature of the curriculum. That means you may see more frequent updates in some of your student's classes than in others.


Family Access maintenance schedule

Family Access is unavailable at scheduled times throughout the school year for routine maintenance.

Regularly scheduled maintenance is done between 12:01 am and 9:00 pm on the following Saturdays.
