  • The Issaquah School District recognizes and understands the value that easily accessible information provides our families as they help their students make academic progress towards graduation. We are excited to unveil access to the Graduation Requirements Tab in Family Access as an informational tool in guiding your students. While it is not intended to replace the guidance of counselors, we anticipate it will serve as an interim measure to understand your student’s progress. This tool represents the culmination of several years of work on behalf of dedicated staff within the District. Families can access the Graduation Requirements Tab in Family Access beginning February 4, 2015. Upon release, families will also receive navigation notes along with screenshots to assist you in understanding and utilizing this new tool.

Family Access

Family Access gives parents and students on-line access to student information, including test scores, attendance, class schedules, and immunization records. Parents can verify on-line that the emergency contact information on each student is correct.

If you have forgotten your password, simply log in and ask that your password be sent to you.

For questions about Family Access logins or to update your family's phone number and physical address, contact your middle or high school's registrar or your elementary school's secretary.

Important: Please make sure that your e-mail address in Family Access is correct. Besides being used to e-mail your password if you forget, every fall those e-mails are uploaded into school and District E-News lists. It's one channel the District will use to contact parents in an emergency and a way teachers are able to get information to correspond with parents about their student. You can update your e-mail address once you login to Family Access by clicking on "account information."

Teachers are required to post grade updates eight times per year at high school and six times per year at middle school, in alignment with semester and trimester reporting dates. More frequent updates might be made at the professional discretion of the teacher and may depend on the nature of the curriculum. That means you may see more frequent updates in some of your student's classes than in others.


Family Access maintenance schedule

Family Access is unavailable at scheduled times throughout the school year for routine maintenance.

Regularly scheduled maintenance is done between 12:01 am and 9:00 pm on the following Saturdays.
