Girls Lacrosse Clinic

Girls in grades 2-8 come join us for our third annual girls Lacrose Clinic sponsored by the Issaquah Women's Lacrosse Club.  All levels of play are welcomed.  This will take place on Saturday, December 12th from 12:30 - 3:00pm at the Skyline High school Community Field #2.  Cost is $20.00 per player.  For registration and more information contact Lauren at mincinlauren@aol.com

REGISTER NOW FOR ISSAQUAH LITTLE LEAGUE SPRING T-BALL, BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL

Join 700 friends and neighbors in the Issaquah Little League.  Pass the word along at school – it is time to register for T-Ball, Baseball and Softball.   Teams below Coast are organized around schools.  Meet new friends and learn new skills along with team work, sportsmanship and fair play.

Register early and take advantage of our new *free* EXTRA BASES training program weekends in January and February at Field of Champions indoor facility in Preston.

Season starts in late March, early April and runs through the end of school in June. 

Ages 5 and up. 

 

Issaquah Parks & Recreation 2009-2010 Winter Youth Basketball Program

All boys and girls interested in playing basketball sign up now for the Issaquah Parks & Recreation 2009-2010 Winter Youth Basketball Program.  The goal of this program is to provide an opportunity for the recreational basketball player to sharpen skills and broaden his/her knowledge of basketball with an emphasis on fun, learning and good sportsmanship.

Sammamish Arts Commission Presents:

Art of the Sari + A Photo Journey of Indian Textiles and Artists

September 16 – December 4, 2009  Sammamish City Hall Commons Gallery

Opening Reception: Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 6:00 – 8:00pm in the gallery and is open to the public. Enjoy Indian dance, sari demonstrations, henna painting and as well as a sampling of Indian cuisine.

Brilliantly colored saris will line the gallery and an intricate rangoli pattern will be created on the floor + textiles, artists and the people of the craft villages in Northeastern and Western India will be presented in a series of photographic images by Sammamish photographer Michael Rainwater.
