District and School E-News
General information- If you are already signed up for the District’s E-News or a
school’s E-News, you will remain subscribed from year to year.
- If you have previously unsubscribed from the district’s or a school’s E-News, you may need to unsubscribe again after the annual fall upload of e-mail addresses from Family Access.
Set up your e-mail to receive messages Please be aware that junk-mail filters will likely screen out all E-News messages from your inbox if you do not indicate the district/school is a safe sender. Look for a welcome e-mail during the third full week in September. If it appears in your junk e-mail folder, follow the message’s instructions to add the district/school to the safe sender list.
Watch for a subscription confirmation e-mail When you subscribe to any E-News list, a confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent to the e-mail account you used to sign up. To confirm that you want the E-News subscription, open the confirmation e-mail and click on the link in the message.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, check the Junk Mail, Bulk or SPAM folder in your personal e-mail account. Many e-mail providers like AOL, MSN, etc., will treat bulk E-News-type messages as junk mail. Open the Junk Mail folder and follow the directions to reroute E-News to your Inbox.
