School Board Appreciation Month

Fifth graders in Ms. Trudeau's class at Cascade Ridge Elementary sent their heartfelt sentiments to the School Board in honor of School Board Appreciation month this January. Each student created an original greeting card and eloquently expressed their personal thanks to School Board members and their pride in being an Issaquah School District student. Here are just a few examples:

Thank you very much for everything you have done to make our schools filled with education to lead to a successful life. I am very proud to be an Issaquah student. I really appreciate all the thought and work you put in everything you do. Thank you for putting care into making decisions, and for all the creative ways that you help our schools. I would like to look into all of your eyes and say, "Thank you for all the things you have done!" Sincerely, David Kim Thank you very much for all the things you do to make Issaquah schools so wonderful. You invest your time to make everything better. I am super, super, super proud to be an Issaquah student. I also appreciate how much thought you put into our district.
Gratefully, Joe Spaniac
