Calendar showcases art and ISF/District partnership

Thanks to the Issaquah Schools Foundation, you will find colorful school calendars on most school family refrigerators, walls, and in offices. The full-color school year calendar has been a District tradition for more than a decade. While it is valued for the calendar information it chronicles, the calendar is also a showpiece of student art. Featuring different students' work on each page, the calendar is the District's most visible and available student art gallery.
The calendar almost disappeared five years ago as part of deep District budget cuts. The Foundation stepped forward to not only save the calendar but turn it into a mechanism that generates more money for classroom support. Local businesses buy ads which pay printing costs; the additional funds become part of the money available for classroom grants. It's a beautiful relationship!
Learn how to include your business ad in the calendar from the
ad specifications available on the Foundation website.
