About our school

Cougar Ridge Elementary School’s mission is “Climb every mountain. Meet every challenge. Take pride in the successes of one another. Share. Appreciate diversity in our world. Laugh.” From the day it opened in 1992, it has been a vital center for its neighborhood and in 2000, it was recognized as a Washington state Blue Ribbon School.

Cougar Ridge’s PTSA has been recognized by the State PTA for 100% membership since 1997.

Cougar Ridge dismisses classes early every Wednesday for two hours of staff collaboration.

Please visit the online ISD Community Report for information about the Issaquah School District’s mission, overall performance, and budget.
