Library Book Curbside Pick Up Coming Dec. 9!

Students can start placing library books on hold and the first day to pick up books will be Wednesday, Dec. 9, 7 AM - 7 PM. Instructions on how to log in and place a hold is posted online.

What To Do When Your Teacher is Absent

When a teacher is absent and there is not a live Zoom class, a teacher will still have an assignment posted on their Canvas site. (The message to direct you to the asynchronous work will be posted at the top of the teacher's Canvas landing page.) It is the student's responsibility to login in at the regular class time to view and complete the assignment for credit.  By logging in, you will be marked present in class.

The Attendance Secretary will take attendance for the teacher by checking to see if the students have logged into Canvas.  If they have not, then they are marked absent.  A student may also participate asynchronously and then their absence will be cleared the next school day after verification from the Canvas attendance report.

If a student is planning to participate asynchronously only, then a parent may send an email to the attendance office at blmsattendance@issaquah.wednet.edu or leave a voicemail at 425-837-4157.  OR a parent may complete the asynchronous form on our school website by clicking on the link labeled "Parent or Guardian Attendance Reporting".
