Report an Absence

All absences must be reported to the school office.

The two options for reporting an illness are:

All absences that are not due to illness must be in writing to be excused. Please email with the following information:

  • Student Name
  • Teacher
  • Dates of absence
  • Reason for absence

Going on vacation?  Email the attendance office with student and teacher name and dates of absence.

If you're going to be gone three consecutive school days, you must fill out the appropriate form and return to the office one week prior to the first day of the absence.
