I would like to personally invite you to join the charter membership of the Cedar Trails Elementary School PTSA 2.6.12!
The ISD PTSA Council is helping to support the chartering process, and we are excited to get this new PTSA off the ground and running!
Join the PTSA as a Charter Member today!
**We hope to have a minimum of 25 members before 5/12**
A charter membership is a temporary membership (expires October 2021) that enables the PTSA to offset start-up costs and begin offering programs to students and families. The cost is $25/member.
Your membership will be essential in getting our PTSA off the ground and working towards providing programs and support for our students! The Cedar Trails PTSA 2.6.12 needs to have a minimum of 25 members to continue onto the next step of the WA State PTSA Charter process. We hope to have 25 members before May 12th to ensure we can continue with this schedule, enabling us to launch our PTA as the school opens. Our students will benefit from having an organized PTA as they begin their journey at Cedar Trails Elementary School!
All charter members are invited to the charter membership meeting on May 12th from 7PM-8PM and will receive special recognition at the ribbon cutting ceremony and school! A zoom link for the Charter Membership meeting will be emailed to members the morning of the meeting.
The interim slate of officers will consist of a smaller condensed board tasked with setting up your new PTSA. The initial group will help build the structure of your new PTSA, decide what initial programs & support you would like to create for your school. A new full slate of officers will be voted on next school year at the September 2021 CTES PTSA general membership meeting.
