Traffic Safety Education

Traffic Safety Education classes are available at Issaquah, Liberty, and Skyline High Schools. The cost of the program is $550 per student and programs are structured slightly differently at each of the schools. All District Traffic Safety Education programs meet Washington State requirements for students who want to drive prior to their 18th birthday. Students must be 15 before the start of each semester course.

Washington Department of Licensing will accept the course certificate allowing enrolled 15-year-olds to apply for a Learner's Permit that allows them to drive under adult supervision in limited situations.

Please email your school Traffic Safety Coordinator for more information.
