Online Enrollment Verification Process (EVP) Assistance

Save the date – August 9 to 15th for grades K-12 in Family Access

All ISD families must complete the online verification process for each of their K-12 students to confirm they will be enrolled as students in ISD schools starting September 2021. In order for the district to have an accurate account of student enrollment, families must complete this process every August even if they are already registered in the ISD.

In elementary schools, this is called Enrollment Verification Process (EVP). For middle school students, it is called Back to School Check In (BTSCI). For high school students, it is called Registration Student Verification Process (RSVP).

The ISD online verification processes must be completed online in Family Access by Family 1 (as listed in Family Access) online in Family Access between August 9 to August 15.  

It is important to provide the information needed so the process is completed in time. The school registrar and office staff will be back in the school buildings by the first week of August to answer questions regarding the process. 

For families that need help completing the forms due to language barriers or lack of access to computers, the ISD Family Partnership Team will be hosting a help session by appointment only on August 12th from 8 am to 8 pm at the district administration office.

Interpreters will be available. Computer stations will also be available if families need access to a computer to complete the forms. District staff will be available to answer questions and help complete the process.
