How to Access Skyward in Other Languages

Online Verification

Online Verification, also known as EVP, BTSCI, and RSVP, is a process that families must complete each August to confirm the enrollment of their students for the upcoming school year. This helps our schools have the correct staffing for the number of students that will be attending their school for the upcoming year, so it is imperative that this process is completed for every student. The process has been updated to help make it more user friendly, such as allowing families to update information and making all the required annual forms be completed digitally as a part of the process, eliminating the need for these forms to be printed and returned to the schools. Please view the video below for a guide as to how to complete the verification process.

Family Access

Family Access gives parents and students on-line access to student information, including test scores, attendance, class schedules, and immunization records. Parents can verify on-line that the emergency contact information on each student is correct.

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot Login/Password." Enter your username or email address and you will be emailed a link to reset your password. If you do not have an email address on file, please contact your student's school for assistance.

For questions about Family Access logins or to update your family's phone number and physical address, contact your student's school.

Important: Please make sure that your e-mail address in Family Access is correct. Besides being used to e-mail your password if you forget, every fall those e-mails are uploaded into school and District E-News lists. It's one channel the District will use to contact parents in an emergency and a way teachers are able to get information to correspond with parents about their student. You can update your e-mail address once you login to Family Access by clicking on "account information."

Teachers are required to post grade updates eight times per year at high school and six times per year at middle school, in alignment with semester and trimester reporting dates. More frequent updates might be made at the professional discretion of the teacher and may depend on the nature of the curriculum. That means you may see more frequent updates in some of your student's classes than in others.


Family Access maintenance schedule

Family Access is unavailable at scheduled times throughout the school year for routine maintenance.

Regularly scheduled maintenance is done between 12:01 am and 9:00 pm on the following days.
