LAPTOP & HOTSPOT CHECKOUT PROCEDURE

Families that reserved a laptop and/or hotspot for their student during the ISD's online Enrollment Verification Process (EVP), can pick up their reserved tech equipment at your student's home school on the following dates/times. If you have reserved equipment for more than one student in your family and they attend different schools, you will need to visit each student's home school to receive all equipment. You will receive another communication from ISD confirming all details prior to the start of the Tech Equipment Checkout period.

Process:

Drive up/curbside checkout - pull up to the canopy. For Elementary School students – Find your student’s STUDENT ID, which is located in Family Access to speed up the checkout process. In most cases, you will need to pull into a designated parking spot and log in to the student’s laptop before leaving the school - specific instructions will be provided to you on-site.

Tech staff will be on hand to assist you with any problems.
