Health Youth Survey for 6th and 8th Graders on October 14, 2021:

The Issaquah School District is participating the Washington State Healthy Youth Survey during the fall of 2021. The survey will be given to students in Grades 6, 8, 10 and 12. Survey results are used by schools, communities and state agencies to plan programs to support our youth and reduce their risks. Participation in the survey is voluntary and student answers are anonymous. At Issaquah Middle School students will be taking the survey on October 14, 2021. For more information and answers to frequently asked questions, please review the Parent and Student Information Letter (English)

Laptop Request Form

If you need to check out a laptop from the school for your student, you must make a reservation by completing this form here: Issaquah School District Laptop Request Form

Completion of this form will act as the official request for a district laptop. Failure to complete the form may result in students not receiving the technology they need for the start of school in a timely fashion.  Laptops will be distributed during school September 3 to those who requested ISD laptops.  We ask that families who are choosing to send their students with personal devices, to send them for the first time on September 3 as well.

  • IM PTSA Angel Program - If you have a student at Issaquah Middle School who is in need of a bit of help with school supplies, groceries, clothing, etc. and you qualify for financial scholarships, the PTSA offers their Angel Program to help.   Click here for more information on the PTSA Angel Program
  • PTSA New Family Ambassador Program  - Whether you just moved to the Issaquah area or transferred into Issaquah Schools, the PTSA wants to connect with you and smooth your family's transition into IMS.  We will have virtual and in person events and can match you with an established family (an Ambassador).  Please contact us to get connected familyambassadors@issaquahmiddleptsa.org.

Established families, we would love your help.  E-mail us if you would like to attend our events or be matched to a new family.  Do you speak Mandarin, Spanish, Hindi, Korean or another language?  Let us know when you reach out.
