Similar to ISD high schools, registration for middle school sports will be completed online. CLICK HERE to be directed to Issaquah School District Middle School Sports webpage. The webpage contains a link to the Athletic Gateway Registration Portal to register for season 1 sports. Athletic Gateway uses your Family Access login for Skyward. If you don't know your username or password, go to Family Access and click on "Forgot your Login/Password." You will receive an email with a link to reset your password from Family Access. PLEASE NOTE: If you need to reset your password in Skyward your new password will not work in Gateway until the next day.
Once a parent has completely finished the online process they should see a “congratulations” message that allows them to print a “confirmation” form. This confirmation page is one of the three hard copy documents required to be submitted to the IMS Office.
The three required hard copy documents include:

All student athletes must adhere to the ISD Middle School Student Athletic Handbook available on the ISD website: https://www.issaquah.wednet.edu/family/sports/MSsports
Q: Why require the physical annually after June 1?
A: The WIAA requires high school athletes have a physical after June 1 each year. Establishing the June 15 date for Middle School athletes will help parents begin to sync their physical schedule with the high school WIAA requirement. Middle school cannot use the June 1 date because the end of the middle school sports season often ends after June 1. During the athletic registration process, middle school staff can more easily track that athletes have a current physical that will not expire during the sports season.

In order to participate in sports, students must have a paid ASB card, completed Registration Forms and paid sports fee. Sports fees for "cut" sports are not due until after try outs and team selection.
