Laptop and Hotspot Returns – For Families Whose Students Are Remote

If you have a district-issued laptop checked out for you Issaquah Valley student, we NEED them returned in order to update, disinfect, and prepare for student use this fall.

 

Please see the schedule below for returns:

Where: IVE Parent Pick-up/Drop-Off Lane

When:

Thursday, June 17 from 12-3 pm

Friday, June 18 from 9-2:30 pm

Monday, June 21 from 9-2:30 pm

Process:

Pull up curbside

A staff member will collect the form, laptop (with power cord) and hotspot through your car window

 

Please note: Hotspots will be deactivated on June 17

 

Laptop and Hotspot Returns – For Families Whose Students Are Hybrid

If you have a district-issued laptop checked out for you Issaquah Valley student, we NEED them returned in order to update, disinfect, and prepare for student use this fall. Please have your student bring any technology borrowed from IVE on the last day of school (Thursday, June 17th) in their backpacks.  We will be collecting the technology during the school day.  Please have your student bring their laptop, charging cord, and hot spot. 

 

If your student will be absent on June 17th, you can have your student bring the equipment to school on their last day of school or bring the equipment on the dates listed above. 

 

For Families Who Qualify For Free or Reduced Meals

We are sending you this form in the event that your student’s laptop might need a repair and your family qualifies for free and reduced lunch.  If you would like to be considered for a waiver of laptop repair fees, you must sign the attached form to give consent for your child(ren)’s free and reduced-price lunch eligibility to be shared with the District’s technology departmentWe will only utilize the form if there is a fee assessed. Only the designated administrator in the technology department will receive or use this information, solely for establishing eligibility and waiving laptop repair charges.
