As the winter season is upon us, please make sure your family and childcare providers are signed up for District E-news to receive updates on inclement weather schedule changes. We will send information by E-news and post on the District and school websites by 6:30 a.m. on days when the District cancels or delays the start of in-person school due to weather. Current in-person hybrid learning families, please take a moment to visit the Find Your Bus Route webpage to find your emergency snow route. Please also check the chart below to become familiar with program changes due to delays and closures.

Special Notes: 

The Issaquah School District will always aim to not have students’ daily learning schedules changed or canceled due to snow or other inclement weather this winter, as the vast majority of students are remote learning. However, if we do announce “school closed,” this means all in-person hybrid learning, meetings, field trips, and after-school activities are cancelled for the day. When there is early dismissal of in-person hybrid learning students due to emergency conditions, all Issaquah School District schools will cancel their after-school programs and school-age care. How field trips and school activities are affected will be communicated by the schools once determined.
