Congratulations to the Endeavour Elementary School fifth grade math team who recently placed third in the Math is Cool Masters Elite Division Competition.

The Math is Cool competition is a two stage challenge where teams who place in the Regional Competition move on to compete in the Masters Competition. During the Masters Competition, only the top teams are chosen to compete in the Elite Division. At the Regional Competition, the Endeavour math team placed second out of 40 Seattle-area schools. Afterwards, they were invited to compete in the Elite Division of the Masters Competition, where they placed third out of 32 schools from across the state.

The following fifth grade students from Mrs. Ralph's class participated the Masters competition and represented Endeavour Elementary School: April Li, Manan Vora, Albert Weng, and Sarah Xuan.

The fifth grade math team would also like to thank the following parent volunteers who helped coach and prepare them for the Masters competition every Wednesday and Friday: Coach Lizhong, Coach Jinesh, Coach Xiemin, and Jing & Yi.
