ISD Students Compete at WA State High School Japanese Speech/Skit Contest

High schoolers from across the district performed at the 34th Annual Washington State High School Japanese Speech/Skit Contest on April 21. The event, which is the largest high school Japanese contest on the West coast, draws over 80 high school participants from around Washington State. The contest offers students and opportunity to challenge themselves, collaborate with their peers, and show the community their passion for the Japanese languages. May students from the Issaquah School District placed in the skit and speech divisions!
