9th/10th Grade Textbook pickup

Please read the instructions below to find out when you or your student will be able to pick up their item(s) - if necessary.

How do I know if I need to pick up textbooks and Materials? 

  • Many students may NOT need to use semester 2 textbook and supply pickup, because they are enrolled in yearlong courses. 
  • Teachers will communicate with students in advance of pickup and tell them if they should plan to gather any new materials or resources on the dates noted below. 

What are the dates? 

  • Feb 2 - 9:00-3:00 - grades 9/10
  • Feb 3- 9:00-3:00 - grade 11
  • Feb 4 – 9-3:00 – grade 12

When Should I arrive?  

  • 9:00—10:00 - A-COA
  • 10:00 -11:00 - COB-HES
  • 11:00-12:00 - HET-LOP
  • 12:00-1:00 - LOQ-PLD
  • 1:00-2:00 - PLE-STR
  • 2:00-3:00 - STS-Z

Make-Up Dates: Dedicated make-up date will not be scheduled. Students who are not able to pick up their materials on designated date may collect their items any time after Feb. 4 between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Walk to the front door and ring the bell for assistance.  

Where do I go?  

  • Students/Families walk or drive onto campus 228th St. 
  • Signs will direct you to drive to the back loop 
  • Park (bottom gate open to accommodate additional parking) and walk to the courtyard of the commons – there will be signs and markers to indicate appropriate social distancing 
  • Choose any line for textbook checkout, present ID, and we will get you your books!
  • Follow signs for other supplies (art, science, yearbook) or band/orchestra instruments and check out those items in the appropriate line to the left
  • Remember: Be safe! Stay 6 feet apart. Always wear a mask.

What should I bring? 

  • Student ID
  • Middle school, Skyline, or state ID

I have items to return. Can I do that? 

  • YES!! Please return textbooks or school materials during any of the times noted above. 
  • Follow the instructions above for parking and arrival, and we will be happy to check in your item(s)!

I have class at that time. What should I do? 

  • Staff are aware of textbook distribution
  • Classes can always be accessed asynchronously  
  • Materials and textbooks may be collected by a parent or guardian if students prefer (remember student ID #) 

I can’t come on my assigned day/time. What should I do?  

  • Students who are not able to collect their item(s) on the designated day, may pick up their item any date after Feb. 4. Monday-Friday 8-3. Ring the bell at the front door and ask for assistance. 
  • Students who are not able to collect their items at the designated *time* (but are available on the designated day) should pick up their items on their designated day, at a time that works best. We prefer students come at the designated time to ensure social distancing. If your family has a conflict and is unable to do so, we understand. 

I need to check out/return a laptop. Where do I do that?  

  • Students who need to either check out or return a school laptop can do so in P15. 
  • Remember to pay close attention to social distancing guidelines if you see students waiting in a line – students may not enter the portable.
