Dear ISD Families –
As many of you have experienced, the morning text messages containing a link to the daily health attestation form for your student(s) were not received on Monday or Tuesday, and many attestation results did not upload to schools in a timely manner. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
We are in contact with our attestation vendor and they are actively looking into the cause of the delays as well as a subsequent solution. At this time, if a text message is not received in the morning, please complete the attestation through the request sent to your email. To help expedite the process of reviewing student attestations and getting students into the building please either:
- Print a physical copy of your attestation results and give to your student, or
- If your student has a cell phone, send a screenshot of the approved attestation to your student’s phone.
Either of these options can be shown at school upon arrival.
