Material Distribution Pick Up

Our  student materials distribution will occur from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. In order to more flexibly accommodate the needs of our families and their schedules during this time, we have adjusted plans and will be holding open pick-up for all families throughout the 12:00-5:00 p.m. pick up window. We appreciate your partnership in preparing to make this a seamless event and your patience around any short waits that we may experience.

To pick up your child’s curriculum/materials, enter the main parking lot off Issaquah-Pine Lake Road. Curbside pick-up will be in place. When you arrive a staff member will greet you and collect your student’s name(s), grade(s) and teacher(s) in writing as listed on this printable template. Please be prepared to share this document (or something with similar information) to our staff member upon arrival. The staff member will retrieve a bag for each student listed and return it to you in your vehicle. Bags will be prepared and labeled for each student and your student’s teacher(s) will be in touch with any other necessary details about included supplies. At this time, please plan to preserve your student’s labeled bag to be reused at a future materials distribution (details to follow at a later date).

To help expedite this process please:

  • Stay in your car
  • Have the printable template or a similar document with your student’s name(s), grade(s) and teacher(s) prepared to hand-off to staff on arrival.
  • Allow staff to bring items to your car (pop the trunk of your car)
  • Understand we would love to speak with you and say hi, but we need to follow guidelines for social distancing and keeping the pick-up process moving along
